Tiny Home Rental Rates:

The lodging fee is $180 per week, with a 5-week minimum, due each Friday. Rent is for two (2) persons only.

No exceptions! Primary tenant must be at least 18 years of age.

All rents must be paid in advance on the day due. Delinquent days will be charged at the current daily rent rate plus a $25.00 late fee.

Electricity:

Electric meters will be read on the 25th of the month and is due on the next billing cycle following the meter read.

Electric will be charged at the rate 14 cents per kilowatt used.

The electric rate is subject to change at any time due to rate increases by the utility company.

Deposits:

A $500 security deposit is required. The security deposit can be paid at $100 per week until paid in full. All $100 weekly deposit payment shall be applied to the deposit prior to the weekly lodging fee, late fees, or any other payments due. The minimum payment is $100 per week and shall be paid in consecutive weeks.

All pet deposits shall be paid in full prior to occupancy.

If the $100 weekly deposit payment is not paid on time along with the lodging fee and any other fees outstanding, the Resident(s) shall be in default and subject to eviction.

All deposits shall be satisfied within 5 weeks of occupancy.

Refunds:

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.  Rents are for one (1) week. All additional days will be charged at the current daily rate. Exceptions can be made with approval from manager and we will work with all tenants.
